At Lunara Crown, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized items. Additionally, items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
